Iver and Milla were married December 27, 1888 in Polk County, Wisconsin. Milla was the daughter of Ole Nielson Framstad and Kirsti Kristoffersdatter, both originally from Gran parish, Oppland fylke, Norway. Milla was born 24 August 1870 in Vestre Aker parish, Akershus fylke, Christiana, Norway and died 21 January 1956 in Yucaipa, San Bernadino county, California.
