Henry Vick was born July 10, 1866 in Brunow, Mecklenberg-Schwerin, Germany. In 1891 he married Augusta Grahmkow, who was born May 10, 1870 in Germany. In 1893 they came to America and settled in Deer Park, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. They had nine children: Tena Vick Tomren, George Vick, Emil Vick, Edith Vick Johnson, Marie Vick Dedrickson, William Vick, Martin Vick, Henry Vick, and Erma Vick. The Tomrens are descended from Tena. We have been in touch with the descendants of George, but we would still like to track down the descendants of the others (Dedricksons, Johnsons, ... ). Augusta Vick died on May 31, 1909 and Henry Vick died on July 31, 1935.

I think this is the wedding of Henry Vick and Augusta Gramkow in 1891. The photo is from Germany and the inscription on the back says Mom and Dad (I think).
I believe this is Henry and Augusta Vick around the turn of the century. I believe the young woman in the back is Caroline Gramkow (Kennetz), Augusta's sister who came to live with them. The two young girls are probably the two oldest Vick children, the oldest would be Tena. The inscription on the back just says Tena Vick.
